Everything Is Ending Here

Everything is ending here
After all I have no more to say

Everything is Ending Here - Flunk

I feel the title is appropriate, not just because I love the song, but since summer is ending. Come Tomorrow I will be waking up at six a.m., instead of falling asleep then, and rushing off to school for my first day.

Anyways, new purchases (boring picture warning) and an outfit or two for the first week:

Grey Tank - Urban Outfitters, Mauve Tank, Navy Cardigan, and Sparkley Tights - American Apparel, Skirt - Forever 21

Also, a few things I have been loving/lusing over lately..

Photobucket
Lykke Li's album, Youth Novels, came out in the U.S. on Tuesday and I can't stop listening to it.
The play count on my iTunes is at 29 so far..

Photobucket
Topshop has a pair of Cassie sunglasses that I can't wait to order. After months of searching and envy over Mary's pair, a Polyvore randomly came up the other day with them included.
At only 15 pounds, my Skins/Cassie obsession continues..

Photobucket
Betsey's recent post on Marie Antoinette made me want to watch it again, for probably the tenth time. After, I decided I need that Jasmine Tea she drinks, so I looked it up and found a box on Amazon for only $10!

And finally, a look back at the past two and a half months..

Then Love Until We Bleed

Photobucket

Now we're bound to linger on
We drink the fatal drop
Then love until we bleed
Then fall apart in parts

Until We Bleed - Kleerup featuring Lykke Li

I keep listening to this song over and over; The semi-electronic beats and the strings are a beautiful combination amongst the haunting lyrics. I suppose ever since my mother forced me into the orchestra in fifth grade (I played the cello), I have developed a greater appreciation for strings..?

Anways, last night I decided to stay up and watch the sunrise again, since school starts in exactly a week. I ended up slipping out the window onto the roof and saw a mother and baby deer feeding behind the fence in "the ditch!" It was almost magical and I decided that I need to take my tripod back there sometime, even if I do have a fear of snakes. And once I awoke hours later, it rained all day, so I decided to stay inside and shoot some pictures with my new lace knee highs and tights that came last week. The last few are inspired by that "You are Beautiful" photo project that I'm sure many of you have seen.

If only I hadn't left my Polaroid camera in Florida...

I've decided to hold off posting the rest of my new purchases for now, partly because I still have yet to receive some. Look for them next post, though.

Until then,

Au Revoir.

"You Know What Hurts The Most About A Broken Heart?"

"You know what hurts the most about a broken heart?"
"Not being able to remember how you felt before."

"Try and keep that feeling...because if it goes..you'll never get it back."

Anyways, I arrived home last night from Florida, where I have been for the last two and a half weeks. It went by all too fast and summer has wasted away, leaving me with less than two weeks until school.
In preparation for the school year, I ordered all of my clothing online before I left , so there were quite a few packages blocking the door to my room (pictures to come soon.) Also waiting for me was my new Bogen 3001 tripod! ...meaning I will never have to use that $25 video camera tripod, that doesn't support my camera, ever again.
